Acrylic Nails Training Courses Coming Soon

Our acrylic nails course is running again on Tuesday 10th December 2019. Acrylic nails are in-demand service and it’s a great one to be able to offer to clients.

You’ll learn how to perform acrylic nail services for clients, including how to apply acrylic nail extensions and maintain them. You’ll be using NSI products during the training.

After you’ve successfully completed the training, you can offer acrylic nail extensions to clients in a salon setting.

Why Acrylic Nails?

Beautiful nails are highly sought after by clients and have been since the days of Ancient Egypt! Having long nails was seen as a sign of status and wealth. Back then, materials such as ivory and gold were used to create extensions. These days, it’s acrylic that is more commonly used (along with gel).

An acrylic nail service can include sculpting the nails, either by applying a tip with an acrylic overlay or applying an acrylic overlay to the natural nail.

Some of the benefits of using acrylic nails for clients:

  • You can create a strong and durable nail look for them
  • They can add length to short or damaged nails

In most salons, it’s recommended that clients return every few weeks to have their acrylic nails maintained or removed. As a therapist, offering acrylic nail services can help to bring in a regular income.
