Training course prices  are subject to change.

Training courses are not transferable and are not refundable.

Some courses require a kit please email for details before booking the course .

Please note we reserve the right to alter course dates without liability.

Any deposit required for a course is non refundable & non transferable.

No training fees once paid are refunded or transferable

Full payment needs to be received 21 days (3 weeks) before the course or your course place maybe be offered to another student

If you book less than three weeks before your course take place you will need to pay in full

One to one training is subject to an additional charge and payment in full is required

Please note course duration may vary depending on the number of students who attend the course and their ability

You are advised to ring your chosen insurance company before booking on any course to ensure they will accept the Athena Beauty Training Centre Diploma/Certificate you wish to book. We are not liable if you can not obtain insurance.

*If you cannot attend the training course you have booked please contact us via email to get a quote on re booking as we cant refund or transfer your fees if you cant attend.

Kit Ordering Terms & Conditions

  • Free delivery in the uk
  • Immediately upon receipt of your kit(s), please use the check list issued within each kit to check the entire contents.
  • Please report any issues with your kit within 48 hours to us via email
  • Any claims reported after this date will not be honoured.
  • No refunds on our kits or exchanges

General Information

Please comply with the following rules and regulations when attending a course

Dress Code:-
Shoes are to be a low heel and enclosed toe in black, white or navy. (No open toed shoes or trainers allowed) Plain trousers or skirt with a therapist’s tunic -Plain t-shirts are acceptable. (No jeans)

Hair & Nails:-
Nails must be cut short to avoid any injury to client and nail varnish cannot be worn. Hair must be tied back if medium to long length.

Jewellery:-
Only a wedding ring can be worn so please remove all jewellery.

Punctuality:-
Please telephone if you are running late as we do understand incidents that occur that can not be helped All courses commence at published time and will not be delayed for late comers. (The tutor will not be held responsible for repeating any missed
work)

Smoking:-
We have a no smoking policy. Please be aware that all therapist must promote a healthy lifestyle.

Mobile Phones:-
Please switch of phones during course or put on silent – as they are disturbing to the class

Behaviour:- 
Professional behaviour and attitude is expected at all times, poor attitude and behaviour will not be tolerated

Models:-
You will need to supply your model for some course. Please email us for details

Certificates:-
Your certificate will be emailed to you within 7 days after completion of your course. It can be laminated and posted for an additional £6 charge.  Some times it can be issued on the day of your course.  Please a copy of your certificate to your insurance company as proof of training.

Refreshment:-
We will provide refreshment during the course
