Thai Massage involves the rhythmic compression of energy lines and points in synergy with stretching movements & gentle rocking. It has a calming and healing effect, relieving excess energy and increasing positive energy flow. It can be used to maintain well being and can help in the reversal of degenerative conditions. You can expect to feel happy and soothed after your massage. You may well experience an unusual sensation of being both calm and energised, and feel lighter, taller or even ironed out.
